Question by pocho: What do you think of this computer setup?

Dude that’s a friggin sweet computer. One problem: Windows 7 64-Bit.
I have both 32 and 64 bit W7 on my laptop, and Adobe Master Collection CS4 is installed. Only 32-Bit Windows 7 works with any of the programs! (exception: Photoshop CS4 seems to run fine on 64-Bit). You probably should explore either a 64-Bit Adobe Suite or a 32-Bit copy of Windows 7.
Alternatively, the Mac Pro is very fast (and for the price of that rig you listed, is reasonable). Adobe CS4 and CS5 will have full Intel Mac support (PowerPC Macs can only go up to CS3). If a Mac is out of the question, it’s okay. Otherwise, seriously consider the Mac Pro (also, the Mac Pro has all sorts of extra drive bays and lots of room to grow).
